• Promotes local recycling, stormwater and other environmental programs.

• Provides public education.

• Recommends ways to improve the Town's awareness of environmental sustainability.

• Reviews and recommends recycling, stormwater and environmental sustainability policies.

The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Advisory Committee (PRCRAC):

• Suggests improvements of recreational and cultural facilities and programs.

• Develops long-range recreational plans to be considered by the Town Council.

• Examines ways to protect and improve citizens' health, safety, welfare and the peace and dignity of the Town.
