• Owner Affidavit (under $40k)(PDF, 272KB)
  To be filled out if a property owner is doing all work and the cost of construction is under $40,000.
• Owner Affidavit (over $40k)(PDF, 15KB)
  To be filled out and sent to the N.C. License Board of General Contractors, if the property owner is doing the work and the cost of construction is over $40,000.

  To print and view a fee schedule.
• Change of Contractor Form(PDF, 836KB)
  If you need to make a change to an existing issued permit application, you will need to submit this form.
• Contractor Signatures(PDF, 918KB)
  To verify the licensed contractor on permit.
• Water and Sewer Application(PDF, 402KB)
  To print and view an application for irrigation permits.
• Landscape Water Budget Calculations(PDF, 104KB)
  Water calculations for use of irrigation system.
• Conditional Power / Mechanical Application(PDF, 838KB)
  If you would like power or gas prior to completion of construction.
• Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Application
  If you are requesting a temporary occupancy, you will need submit this form on your online portal account.

  To make a request to start stocking supplies and furniture prior to being issued a certificate of occupancy.
