Planning

The Planning Department oversees the physical development of the Town of Morrisville. Planning administers polices and regulations, advises the Town Board and Advisory Committees, reviews plans, issues permits, and enforces the policies that shape responsible development while protecting and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our region.
