Development Applications and Inspection Requests
The Town of Morrisville's e-Permits & Applications Customer Self Service Portal allows users to file for both residential and commercial building permits and inspections online. Through this portal, you can find, file, and request the fulfillment of all of the permits and inspections required as part of the creation and/or development of your property. Zoning Violations
Need to report a violation or file a complaint? Please visit the Town of Morrisville Concern Reporter Center. The Concern Reporter Center is a new tool that allows Morrisville residents to report and track non-emergency concerns within the Town. Residents can choose to provide their name and information when making a report, or to report anonymously. For zoning concerns, Morrisville's Code Enforcement Officer will investigate the report and reach out to the reporter if requested.
