When I was searching for a place to lead a department, I wasn’t just looking for a job — I was looking for the right fit. From the moment I walked into Town Hall, I knew I’d found it. Morrisville welcomed me like family, and that sense of connection is what truly sets this community apart.

I have the privilege of working alongside a team of dedicated professionals who show up each day with one mission: to keep Morrisville safe while delivering exceptional service. But great policing isn’t just about what happens inside our department, it’s about building strong relationships with the people we serve.
