Administration

The Administration Department includes the Town Manager’s Office and the Office of the Town Clerk. The department leads the implementation of the Town Council’s vision and strategic plan.

Town Manager's Office

Town Manager: Brandon Zuidema (appointed October 2023)
As the Town’s Chief Executive Officer, the Town Manager oversees daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Senior Leadership Team:

  • Giselle Rodriguez, Deputy Town Manager

  • John Letteney, Assistant Town Manager

  • Jeanne Hooks, Director of Management Services

Together, they:

  • Lead the Town’s 12 departments

  • Implement the Council’s annual budget and multi-year capital improvement plan

  • Collaborate with the community, other municipalities and government entities, and Town Council

Office of the Town Clerk

Town Clerk: Kayla Bertling (appointed March 2025)
Deputy Town Clerk: Vacant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Town Council agendas and meeting schedules

  • Coordinate advisory committees

  • Handle public records requests

  • Serve as the official record-keeper for the Town
