ANX-26-0015: Middleburg Communities, LLC has submitted a petition for annexation for property located on the east side of Church Street, approximately 2,000 feet south of the intersection of Church Street and McCrimmon Parkway. The subject property, identified by Wake County PINs 0746-80-0096, 0746-80-2190, and 0746-80-3273, consists of approximately 2.519 acres of single-family detached residential and vacant land and is contiguous to the Town's corporate limits on all sides.
