Registration Instructions
Online registration is available for our activities, classes, day trips, and athletic leagues through ActiveNet. You can search for activities by keyword(s), age, time, day, location, category, and more. To get started, follow the directions below to create your account. Do you already have an account? Then go to ActiveNet.
Creating your ActiveNet Account
Existing Customer Instructions
- Visit apm.activecommunities.com/mprplaymorr.
- Select the “Sign In” Button
- Select Forget Your Password?
- Enter your email address (from the previous system) and hit Submit.
- You will receive an email with a temporary password within a few minutes.
- Sign in using your email address and new temporary password.
- Update your account and add any family members so you can register for activities with the click of your mouse.
- If your email was not recognized, click Create New Account and follow the on-screen prompts.
New Customer Instructions
- Visit apm.activecommunities.com/mprplaymorr.
- Select “Create an Account”
- Fill in your name and address. Required fields will be denoted by a red asterisk (*)
- Fill in your Contact Information. Click Next when complete.
- Enter your personal information then click Next.
- Fill in your Emergency Contact Information then click Next.
- Provide your Account Information. Create a secure password you will be able to remember, but others will not be able to guess. If you prefer not to use your email to login, please create an alternate Login ID.
- Once you complete all required fields, click Create Account.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I determine if I pay the resident or non-resident fee for a program?
Morrisville residents receive a discounted rate on programs that charge a fee. If you’re unsure whether you qualify as a resident, you can verify your address using the Morrisville Residency Map. Simply search for your home address, and the tool will show you if your address is within Morrisville limits. Addresses in all other surrounding jurisdictions will be charged the non‑resident rate. The Morrisville address must be your primary address, in order to get the resident rate.
How do I reset my ActiveNet password?
To reset your ActiveNet password, start on the sign‑in page and select “Forgot your password.” Enter the email address associated with your account and choose “Request Reset Password.” You’ll be asked to confirm your name, date of birth, and age category. Once verified, ActiveNet will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
Where can I find my upcoming activities schedule?
The My Account feature allows you to view all upcoming activities for your household. After signing in, select My Account. In the lower‑right corner of the page, choose View Family Members Schedule to see every upcoming activity you or a family member are registered for.
Where can I find my receipt?
To view your past receipts, go to My Account and open Payment and Order Management. Select Transaction and Payment History, where you can review all previously issued receipts.
Is there a processing fee?
All card payments require a 3.15% processing fee. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, you can register and pay for your activity in-person using cash or a check.
