Strategic Planning & Performance Management
A Strategic Plan is a bit like a roadmap. In the same way you probably wouldn’t leave for a place you’ve never been without a map, the Town also needs a map to guide and focus its efforts. In Strategic Planning we work with departments to identify what we need to accomplish over the next five years to be successful as a Town, and what actions we need to take to make sure we accomplish those goals.
