Shuttle Parking
Shuttle service will run from 808 Aviation Parkway and 909 Aviation Parkway directly to Cedar Fork District Park, the event site. Shuttles will operate continuously from both pickup points. Riders will be dropped off inside the park, but after the event ends, all shuttle pickups will move to Aviation Parkway, just outside the park. The last shuttle into the park will be at 8:45 p.m.
If you’re comfortable walking, we strongly recommend returning to 808 or 909 Aviation Parkway via the Crabtree Creek Greenway. The path will be lit, easy to follow, and takes about 15 minutes.
Greenway Access
The Crabtree Creek Greenway will remain open throughout the event. If you live nearby, we highly recommend walking or biking via the greenway to avoid traffic and reduce parking congestion.
Accessible Parking
Limited accessible parking will be available on‑site at Cedar Fork District Park. Spaces will be offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Road Closure
Aviation Parkway will close at 8:45 p.m. and will reopen once traffic has been cleared from Cedar Fork District Park.
