Who We Are
For emergencies, dial 911

The Morrisville Police Department is dedicated to keeping neighborhoods safe. We provide professional law enforcement services and work closely with our community.
Our core values—courage, integrity, and professionalism—form the base of our police services. We always strive to treat everyone in our community with respect and dignity.
The Morrisville Police Department received national accreditation on November 11, 2023. This honor came from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) in the Advanced Law Enforcement program(s). In 2021, the Morrisville Police Department started moving toward Advanced Accreditation. This process needed them to meet 461 standards successfully.
Known as the gold-standard in public safety, CALEA accreditation focuses on community-oriented policing. To meet these high standards, police departments need to follow a recognized code of conduct. This code must be acknowledged by law enforcement, the legal system, and the public. They also have to meet strict professional requirements and practices.
